Great hotel for relaxing with good facilities

Lack of cleaning. On check in, mugs were dirty, bedroom smell bad and toilet was not very cleaned. During the staying, cleaning lady was all the time on her phone since we left to have breakfast and when we came back, around 1h after, she was still on the corridor on the phone. Didn't clean our room. Not good for a 4* hotel

Food was fantastic quality. Restaurant staff were very kind. Food was clearly displayed with lots of options. The room was very stylish and modern. Very clean room and all the hotel was immaculate. Very easy to find and close to the city centre.
Unfortunately I was not given any hand soap and the aircon was very noisy so I had to turn it off and it got very hot. The staff were not the most helpful. I understand there was a language barrier but they weren't friendly at all. No one asked me how I found everything. They were also very slow at serving at reception. The waterpark was also poor and not worth it but that's separate to the hotels review.
