Overall, everything was fine. Nothing particularly exceptional that really impressed me, but this is not a criticism. Everything was in line with my expectations.
For example, the TV was a perfectly decent size, but if it had been 65 inches, I would have said that it really impressed me (although I certainly don’t expect a 65-inch TV :-)).
We would stay at this hotel again, and I can recommend booking it without hesitation. The price for two nights was €150, so our assessment should also be viewed in that context.
The self-check-in was a little complicated for us, as we don’t use systems like this very often. When you select “English”, the text is not actually translated into English and remains in Czech. We also didn’t initially notice that instructions on how to complete the check-in were being shown on the TV in the room. We came there to check in, not to watch TV, so we got a little frustrated while trying to figure it out.
Also, the bathroom does have hot water, but by the time the hot water reaches the second floor, you have to let about 100 litres of water run down the drain. I’m exaggerating slightly, but unfortunately not by much.

Easy to find, easy check in, very friendly staff, amazing delicious breakfast, possibility to make Belgian waffles, which were very very tasty, parking. Everything new, clean, for hotel guests available coffee 24/7, and iron in the room )

We had problems with the check-in, though the manager assisted us over the phone, so the problem was resolved quickly.
The hotel has a private parking, that is also a plus.
The bed in the room was comfortable.
Breakfast was very decent.
Online check-in is a mess. we spent 15 minutes trying to figure out what to do, before finally gave a call to the manager to find out that the system got stuck. Also we had to pay 2000 CZK of a refundable deposit, though we were not informed about this deposit prior to the arrival. What if we didn't have that amount on our cards?
Though the main disappointment was the room itself. On Booking it was mentioned that it is 20 m2 however the living area was hardy 10m2. The carpet was dusty. The fridge with the mini bar was full of water that probably appeared there because the fridge got defrosted. Still, the worst thing about the room was lack of heating (both in the room itself and in the bathroom). We had to sleep with the heads covered with blankets to get warm. On top of that, there were no slippers, so we had to go to the bathroom barefoot, though the floor was extremely cold.
This is not the kind of experience you would expect from a 4-start hotel. Basically, I honestly doubt the 4-start status.
