Amazing hotel complex, well maintained and nice to walk around. Friendliness of staff all around the hotel. Great pool areas; several pools so it was never crowded, choice of salt water and heated pools Great baby pool area with very kind and accommodating staff. We really enjoyed our stay with our baby

Maybe more hot options at breakfast (vegetables, meats, local dishes...). Advance booking (day before at least) is a must to get a table at the hotel restaurants.

absolutely amazing Hotel. The staff were just five star everywhere you went never seen so many staff for breakfast, the grounds are beautiful. The Italian design is amazing. Restaurants are brilliant. It’s even got a heli pad. one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Can’t wait to go back.

Building is beautiful, staff very friendly. Room was clean, comfortable, etc. It was not very crowded which was nice (no issues finding pool chairs) but that may be very season dependent. Also the breakfast buffet was easily one of the most impressive we've ever seen.

Lots of little things nagged at us. None are horrible by themselves, but together it really put a damper on an expensive holiday. On the first night, we were too late to eat at a restaurant so we called for room service (offered 24/7) They said it would take 20-25 minutes, after 50 we called, heard it would take another 10, and we cancelled it and went to sleep because we were exhausted. The next day, lunch at the Beach Club was awful for the price, that evening Brasserie was OK, but certainly not worth the price or how seriously the restaurant seems to take itself... But by the end of the week we were making a point to plan our day so that we would eat outside the hotel since the food at the nearby mall was twice as good for half the price. Bummer. There were also lots of little annoyances like our mini bar card was filled out by the previous guests, so we couldn't use it. Front desk says housekeeping will put a new one in the room. Never happened. Our washcloths in the bathroom went missing after the first housekeeping visit and were never replaced. Small stuff, not really important, but come on... I don't want to keep calling/walking by the front desk to deal with this. And almost since every restaurant requires reservations we started making lists of 'errands' to deal with at the front desk/concierge next time we were leaving the room. Also: The pools are only open from 10:00-18:00 so no dip before breakfast or in the evening to relax after a hike. Again, bummer. Also two out of 4 of the non-kiddie pools are salt-water. I didn't realize that, very hard on the eyes and skin. Not nice to be in for long periods.
