Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen

Die Lage und das Ambiente der Anlage sowie die zahlreichen unterschiedlichen Restaurants Besonders positiv waren die täglichen Aufenthalte im Beach Club. Das Essen und der Service waren Top

Bereits frühmorgens waren sehr viele der Liegen an den Pools mit Handtüchern Büchern etc belegt obwohl erst gegen 11:00 Uhr die Leute kamen. Das hat uns sehr an typisches Touristenverhalten in Mittelklassehotels erinnert. Viele Servicekräfte konnten Englisch nicht verstehen sodass teilweise Missverständnisse entstanden.

Un excellent choix sur la Costa Adeje

Architecture très plaisante et emplacement parfait Playa del Duque , très beau parc paysagé , plusieurs piscines et restaurants, petit déjeuner buffet proposant un vaste choix de plats . Vue panoramique depuis la terrasse loggia de notre chambre . Parking privé .

Personnel de l’ accueil peu chaleureux .

Great holiday place

Very family oriented place. It's a perfect holiday place for families, young couples, everyone will find themselves over there. Great restaurants within the resort. Friendly, professional staff.

Everything minus the room was acceptable. The resturants take external guests too so that wasn't too

the room was dated with the floor tiles literally falling to pieces and maybe that was offered to us because we came with a pet. But for a super 5 star resort this was really unacceotable.

The room was dated and didn't meet expectations at all. I would expected a much better setting for the amount of money we paid and the hype around Bahia el Duque.

Overpriced food and snobbish staff.

Rooms and resort area are pretty. Quick walk to a nice beach. Air conditioning is nice, but you have to monitor that it's still turned on (the cleaning staff will turn it off sometimes). Salt water pool is nice.

Cockroaches in our room (multiple). Staff was hostile when I questioned why we weren't informed about a dress code (must wear pants) to dinner within the resort until we were rejected at the restaurant door. All food within the resort is outrageously overpriced and not very good. Moon Restaurant (for example) is just 5 min walking along the beach, has a better view, and offers much better food for half the price (if not less). No hot tubs anywhere at the resort, which seems very strange for a resort of this size and cost. You must pay to use tennis court, pickleball court, and chipping/putting facilities, which are overpriced for the quality of what's provided. All-in-all, its a resort which wants to be posh, so it charges posh prices, but fails to deliver posh amenities, while simultaneously making you jump through dumb hoops for the sake of the resort's appearance, like making you wear pants to dinner in the middle of summer at a BEACH RESORT so you can sweat uncomfortably while overpaying for mediocre food.

It's a beautiful hotel if you require total relax. Personnel is very supportive and their help is always very sincere.

Would never come back. Too much to pay for what you get.

The architecture,

The maintenance personel entering in the room several times a day, sometimes without even knocking at the door, the fact that the image described from the room- 5ha of tropical gardens- was inacurate, there were buildings all around. We hoped for a quiet location but we found a crowded one. Not a retreat whatsoever

A lovely relaxing stay. The hotel does have the best staff

Cleanliness, location, staff, The superb breakfasts and most restaurants,

no sunbeds on the terrace which we did have last year and requested again this year when we booked a year ago and again reminded a few weeks before we arrived but didn't get. Also inadequate bar space in the evening in both the reception area bar and the Piano bar. Also needs a fun bar near the pool area to sit at late afternoon / early evening. It seems difficult to choose a room and neither time have we been able to view some.

Beautiful resort in a perfect location. There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Beach across the road, nice pedestrian walkway. Good entertainment.

My only gripe is that the resort is on a steep hill, so many steps from the bottom to the top.

very big. Need better maps of the property.No acknowledgement of Christmas Day for Adults. No reception. Restaurants did not acknowledge Christmas Day.

Absolutely wonderful and relaxing

Loved the breakfast and location. Staff in all areas were excellent and friendly. Spa and staff there were brilliant. Loved the variety of restaurants the lagoon pool activities and the evening entertainment was great.

On line photos showed that we had 2 sun loungers on balcony, in fact just room for 2 chairs in our suite.

Very comfortable, relaxing hotel with exceptional service from the staff

Swimming pools were exceptional - staff were fantastic- breakfast was comprehensive, served in a great location - a wide variety of dining locations gives great choice

Hacienda meal and service was very poor in contrast to every other location.

Phenomenal

This is an absolutely gorgeous property. It’s pristine, upscale, tranquil and lush. It’s very luxurious and the staff was extremely attentive and kind. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

The only negative was the old-world perfume used to scent the rooms. I would suggest a fresher, cleaner scent.
