Modern hotel, good location. Room itself was good, however the location was poor (room 229). No sun at any time of day on the balcony. Right above the children’s play area at the restaurant so v noisy from early morning. Also next to the entertainment area, but back of stage so couldn’t actually see, but could hear! Entertainment stops at 10pm so not too bad. We didn’t move rooms as had already unpacked. We did pre-request a quiet location with a view - we got neither.
This hotel is great if you have young children. Not really geared up for older kids (though the teenage club room had pool/computer games). Overall a lovely hotel, but not quite right for us.

Clean room...little extras chocolate left every evening and a little chocolate cake was in our room foe my husband's birthday...what a nice surprise

The hotel exceeded my expectations, considering how reasonable it was compared to other 5* family friendly hotels. The room we chose had two bathrooms and a proper dividing door between the bedroom and living space meaning we could put our toddler to bed and still keep the lights on and use the bathroom off the bedroom. The breakfast buffet was great, and the evening buffet was a different cuisine every night so it didn’t get too repetitive. Two very family friendly pools with slides and no mad panic to find a sun lounger. There’s a shopping centre opposite the hotel which was handy for supermarket trips and cafe options for lunch. All in all we’d definitely recommend it! Evening mini disco or entertainment shows for the kids were a real hit too.
