Me gustó todo lo relacionado con el hotel y el personal que nos atendió. Fue un señor muy amable y muy generoso.
La actuación de booking que ofertó habitación de dos camas y sólo tenía una. Un señor de atención al cliente de booking comprobó y me reconoció que reservé habitación de 2 camas (llamada grabada) y cuando llegamos al hotel el señor de recepción nos dijo que era de una sóla cama. Nos puso una cama supletoria, que tuve que pagar el suplemento de 15 euros y al solicitar a booking que me lo devolviera porque había sido un error ajeno a mí y al hotel, primero lo solicitaron al hotel, el cual se negó y posteriormente, al ver que lo tenía que pagar booking otra señora de booking ya me dijo que reservé de una cama. Booking no ha tenido ni el detalle de devolverme el suplemento, un auténtico desastre.

Emplacement dans la zone piétonne idéale pour visiter
Aucune insonorisation avec la chambre du dessous. Pas de volet et rideaux pas occultant donc lumière de la rue toute la nuit.
Coussins de mauvaises qualités et que dans un seul lit.Pas de lampe de chevet ni de prises près du lit.
Stationnement dans un parking à 100m gratuit la nuit mais à 2,80€/h. la journée
