There weren't really any amenities to speak of but the location, the room, were absolutely fantastic. What a great value and wonderful little town of Bayonne. Excellent.

This hotel had a historic feel with a convenient location by the train station for our very early morning train. Even though it is historic feeling, this place has a lift! I wasn't expecting that, so what a bonus, although the staircase is also lovely.
It was a short walk to the historic downtown and loads of restaurants for the evening. And although the neighbourhood itself felt a bit seedy when we arrived it seemed safe.
The shower was the smallest I think I've seen but it worked, and the room was really well appointed. We didn't do the breakfast because of the early train but it was offered.
I think this was good value for money.

Traditional hotel close to station and easy access to old city. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere.
