Nice property and pool, close to the center by car
Room was extremely small and pool bar closed in the summer, pillows very uncomfortable and flat

We looked long and hard for a hotel in Cannes which had parking, this did not disappoint. Excellent parking! However, it is a little bit out of the centre. But Uber works well in Cannes. We could have walked down to the centre, approximately 30 minutes walk down to the harbour area, but it was hot, so Uber came to the rescue. The Hotel is looking a bit tied in some areas, but it is very clean. Staff were really helpful and lovely. Pool is lovely, reception area is lovely, and Breakfast was okay. We would definitely go back.

While the entrance & parking area provides a great first impression the rest of the amenities are run down / not kept in shape.
The lack of qualified staff as well as the worked up interior deco / quality is not in line with the expectations.

While 2 individuals at the breakfast tried their best to maintain operations it was clear that the premises were understaffed and clearly not trained.
The receptionists lack attention and professionalism.
Examples:
Breakfast had only limited options because a chef did not show up and no back up available, the eggs were not eatable, the pool bar wasn’t open at all due to lack of staff etc
