The hotel is in an excellent location, with plenty of great cafés and bars nearby, a tram stop close by, and the beach within easy reach.
The air conditioning in our room was not working while temperatures outside were around 32°C. When we reported it, we were told it was already a known issue before check-in. There was no alternative room available until the following day, so we had to move rooms during our stay.
Most staff were pleasant, but one member of staff was not particularly helpful when we collected the key for the new room, which made the situation feel more frustrating.

The hotel staff were exceptional. I traveled with a 10 month old and they did everything to make our stay comfortable and more enjoyable. They even sterilised the bottles for our little one a couple times a day. Not once they it feel like they were put out.
The lift in the hotel is tiny. And often had to wait long periods to use it. Literally 2persons max. If you have luggage it’s you plus a bag.
This wouldn’t normally bother me but we had a 10 month old with us which made getting baby stroller into lift very awkward .

No wifi in the room, air-con is very weak and didn’t keep the room cool
