the central location to the centre of Nice and the beach, yet very quiet
perhaps the possibility of having coffee at the hotel , the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly, the bed was very comfortable and the room very clean, really very good!

Great location just short walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurant area. Good size room, comfortable bed, air conditioning was amazing . Short walk to the bus or tram stops. Staff was kind and helpful and responsive when I told them I was arriving a day late due to delayed plane. Lovely stay.
Wish there was more hooks or hangars so it would be a little easier to dry swimsuit.

Central to everything but in a quiet street, lovely staff, room nice and air conditioned & just right for a few nights.
Dark corridors, hard to see the lock to your door. Small lift which is dangerous if you walk out backwards as lift door opens the opposite side to where you get in.
No privacy as room overlooking block of residential flats so need curtain closed most times.

Good location. Nice staff
Not much hot water, bathroom door didn't lock.
Had to have cold shower tap off and even then the water was luke warm.
Small room, a bit old.
