Great central location , spacious studios , secure parking and access.

for families, this hotel is great. The rooms are just big enough for a family of 3. the personnel was great, very helpful and they did many activities for kids to have fun at the hotel. We loved the boardgame area and the treasure hunt activities.
In the room, you have a kitchen and everything you need is provided. the pans etc were in good conditions.
The bed was comfortable.
The location is great - by an easy 15 min walk you can be in the city center. the beach is 5 min away.
Which is great you can barrow body surf from the reception.
we will definetly come back next year :)
the sofa bed was very old. the cover of the sofa was not very clean. I hope they can change this for future visitors.

Location is great.
Bed is good.
Beautiful view.
Have to pay a deposit.
Some rules before you leave the room or you don’t get your deposit. It’s not very friendly in the begging. But they have the deposit back easily after we did all correctly 😂.

The location is great and parking available (costs €15).
Premium is a poor descriptor of the poace. They say they are going to have the beds ready when you arrive, and they were not. Then when we went to make our own beds, there were not enough sheets; and reception closes at 7pm so there was no one to help us.
Also, they say in the booking the only thing not covered is the kitchenette cleaning which you must do on departure. But actually you have to strip beds, empty trash and recycling, and clean the kitchenette. That is not shared with you at the time of booking.
