I was impressed by the standard of the hotel. They had paid attention to every little detail and everything was where it had to be. The Bosnian lady at the reception who did my check in and check out was the best. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. I will happily return to the hotel during my next visit in Aachen.

Room was small but was elegant, comfortable. The bathroom was shining clean, new. The view was green. The lobby was also lovely, elegantly decorated. The hotel design was upper class. I saw the property got cheaper and I asked if booking.com would match the price and there was no reply.
