we booked dinner and sleeping for one night. Once we arrived, one of us didn't take his complete dinner but, instead, we asked for a second bottle of water. So, our surprice is that they charged us with the extracost of this extra bottle of water. It's not the cost of the bottle (10€). It's the fact that charging for the extra water when one of us both didn't take the diiner. It's not what you expect for this kind of hotels and prices.

Herrliche Lage im kleinen Ort Heiligenblut, sehr gut versorgt, besonders liebevoll und lecker angerichtetes Frühstücksbuffet.
Wunderbar feines Abendessen, sehr geräuschloses, flinkes und freundliches Personal.
Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herrlicher Saunagarten mit schönem Blick ins Tal, Schwimmbad, Panoramasaunen, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen.
Dank an Barbara und Hannes mitsamt dem Team, sie schaffen eine wahre Wohlfühlatmosphäre.
Wer hier nicht voll und ganz zufrieden ist, weiter so!

Excelente ubicación y los cuartos muy espaciosos. Una vista espectacular
El cuarto estaba lleno de millones de mosquitos. Cuando quisimos pedir ayuda en recepción ya no había nadie que nos ayudara. Así tuvimos que dormir.

Gedateerd daarmee een slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Erg onvriendelijk bedienend personeel. Geen koffie of thee faciliteiten op de kamer. Je betaald echt teveel voor wat je krijgt!
