The customer service was very polite & the room that ai stayed in was very spacious. Had an issue with the AC the first night (went B/O). The front desk customer service helped with giving me another room without any issues. Over 💯 degrees everyday, while visited this city 🔥🥵
The drains in both bathrooms had a sewer oder. Guest services tried to help with their quick response, but wasn't able to get rid of the odor. I ended up just keeping the bathroom door closed the remainder of the time staying there.

Actually, the whole stay was really nice and pleasant! The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty as well.
The hotel is located a little further away from Budapest’s main attractions, but it’s quite close to the river. There’s a metro station about 350 metres away, as well as plenty of tram and bus stops nearby. The neighbourhood is quiet, although you should be aware that there aren’t many restaurants in the area. There is a supermarket nearby, though.
The only thing I would suggest improving is the number of sockets in the room. I could only find three free ones, and unfortunately, one of them was broken.

There are NO Tea/Coffee stations in the rooms &, outside of breakfast, there is no access to these beverages, without paying. Teas & Coffees should be FREE to guests, throughout the day.
