I liked everything—the location and how quiet and safe the neighborhood was. I liked the apartment's layout and how well-maintained it was. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the exterior blinds blocked out almost 100% of the light, and the pleasant balcony got sunlight in the morning. What I also liked a lot is that when I had a problem and I contacted the host, they replied quickly and provided me with a solution. Thanks!

The shower had a small leak, and my bath mat was constantly getting wet. Perhaps this was the cause of the musty smell that was also noticeable. Also, the shower exhaust fan was active strangely (not automatic?) and making a lot of noise, which got louder at night when everything was quiet (and no, it wasn't working as white noise).

Das Appartement liegt in einem Gebäudekomplex, in dem sich einige Privat-, aber auch Ferienwohnungen befinden. Die Balkone gehen alle in den Innenhof, das heißt, der Straßenlärm war so gut wie gar nicht zu hören. Das Appartement ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit Klimaanlage ausgestattet (die bei 40 Grad wirklich hilfreich war!). Die Küche hat zwar einen großen Kühlschrank, Eisfach, Herd, Mikrowelle, aber ist nicht wirklich zum Kochen geeignet.. Gegenüber ist direkt ein Sparmarkt, der 24/7 aufhat, sehr praktisch. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist top. in verschiedene Richtungen gibt es unterschiedliche Tramanbindungen. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung war stets sehr nett und zügig. Am letzten Tag mussten wir in ein anderes Büro mitten in der Stadt, um dort unsere Koffer lagern zu können. Das war etwas umständlich, aber wir waren trotzdem froh, sie dort für den Tag noch abgeben zu können

Die Küche war nicht optimal ausgestattet, wirklich kochen konnte man nicht.. Es fehlte zum Beispiel ein Gemüse-/Obstmesser (auf Anfrage erhielten wir ein weiteres normales Messer... da gab es wohl Verständigungsprobleme), auch so grundlegende Dinge wie Salz und Pfeffer sind wohl nicht vorgesehen. Leider waren gerade auf der gesamten Straße Bauarbeiten, es war staubig und es war fast unmöglich, auf dem Gehsteig zu laufen. Dafür kann natürlich der Verwalter nichts.

El apartamento es perfecto, ideal amueblado y decorado, con todo lo necesario en la cocina, nos dejaron té, azúcar y cápsulas de café. Tiene aire acondicionado individual en el salón pero además el edificio cuenta con una especie de aerotermia o climatización por el techo extraordinaria, con el calor que hacía este agosto en Budapest, lo hemos agradecido un montón. La cama era súper cómoda y mis hijos q durmieron en el sofá cama también estuvieron bien. Tiene un baño con ducha y lavabo y otro solo con el WC y un lavabo pequeño. Habían dejado también sobres de gel y champú, aunque no los necesitamos, y una pastilla de jabón para la lavadora, además de un par para el lavaplatos que realmente no llegamos a usar. La verdad es que nos ha encantado y repetiríamos sin lugar a dudas. No está en el centro pero está como a 6 paradas en metro o mejor aún en tranvía estabas en el centro en 15 minutos. Además pudimos reservar el parking por 3 días para poder guardar el coche hasta que nos fuimos. También tenía una terraza enorme, en la que aprovechamos para desayunar y cenar e incluso poner el tendedero para q se secará la ropa. Un 10!!!

Me gustó todo. Solo hubo una cosa que no funcionaba bien, q fue el lavabo principal, porque estaba atascado y tragaba poca agua, pero eso tiene fácil arreglo y seguro que para el próximo huésped ya estará arreglado.

The location is excellent, very central and close to Váci utca, with easy access to charming streets that any tourist will enjoy. The street also feels quite safe at night compared to some of the nearby ones. The apartment is in a new building, and the renovations were done with quality in mind. You can see it in the furniture, carpets, and appliances. The bed was very comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. A balcony and enough space to unfold.

The customer service is far below expectations. If you are not tech-savvy or do not have reasonable roaming, expect to spend a lot of time on the phone just to check in or clarify errors. We had to wait 50 minutes, including 20 minutes on the phone, just to be able to park. We had asked about early parking and early check-in, but only the parking was possible. The parking instructions were tied to the check-in process, which made them impossible to understand once they sent the instructions after I called for the first time (not before our trip.) I had to call back after waiting 40 minutes on the street with family and a child just to get access instructions, which turned out to be unhelpful. In the end, we managed to park only with the operator’s help until the signal got lost. My husband and child had to stay inside the garage to press a button while I brought the car from the street. It was a crazy process, and I cannot imagine elderly guests or those who don’t speak Hungarian or English managing to get through. 50 min in total to park and be ready to start our day until the check-in time. When we returned at 15:00 to check in, the key code provided in the instructions was wrong. I had to call again to get the correct code over the phone. I asked for the correct code to be sent to me afterward so I wouldn’t forget it, but it was never sent. At checkout, we simply left the keys in the apartment, but even then, I had to call to confirm this was acceptable. 5 calls in total, 3 different operators, for a day stay. For such an expensive apartment, some of the amenities were disappointing. Both the water heater and espresso machine were broken. I had to heat water in my personal mug, since the kitchen had no small pot, only a large one. The bathrooms were poorly designed and disconnected. The small bathroom had no towels, no towel holder, and no space to place anything. There was also no towel in the kitchen. This meant you could wash your hands, but then had to
