This was our second stay in the same trip
We stayed 4 nights and then went to Madrid, they were kind enough to keep our bags while we were away.
We got upgraded for free to a bigger room with a balcony.
Just like our first stay everything was perfect.
Clean rooms, nice breakfast, very polite staff.
Recommend!

Everything about my stay was excellent. I checked in on 26 June, originally planning to check out on 27 June, but I decided to extend my stay because of work—and also because I enjoyed the hotel so much.
I have traveled to more than 30 countries for both business and personal trips, and I can honestly say that this is one of the most comfortable hotels I have ever stayed in.
I would especially like to thank the young gentlemen at the front desk—I believe one of them was named Pietro. When I needed to extend my stay, they immediately arranged a new room for me, which was available as early as 12:00 pm. They also clearly explained the late check-out policy and pricing, and handled everything quickly, professionally, and effortlessly. Their service was outstanding and made my stay even more enjoyable.
The only disappointing part of my experience occurred during my 29 June check-out. The cleaning staff assigned to Room 237 repeatedly knocked on my door from around 12:00 pm onward, even though my late check-out had already been approved and I was attending an online business meeting. When I eventually spoke with her—even simply to thank her—she appeared visibly irritated and continued muttering in Italian in an unfriendly manner, which made the interaction quite uncomfortable.
I sincerely hope this issue can be addressed, because it would be a real shame for such an isolated incident to overshadow what was otherwise an exceptional stay. Every other aspect of the hotel—from the front desk to the overall comfort and service—was truly outstanding. I would gladly stay here again and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rome.

Staff was amazing, room exceeded all expectations of our reservation type. It's rare everything is better than the description or photos. We checked in late at night due to a cancelled flight and were met with a warm welcome in our room--a note, T.V. and lights on, complimentary snacks. They also accommodated our dog with no issue when I mistakenly omitted her in the reservation. Breakfast is always great at C-hotel locations and they make time for special touches all over the hotel. I hope the hotel treats their staff as well as the staff treats the clients :)
Later check-out was not communicated to the cleaning staff properly so our maid walked in randomly despite front desk having verified our late check out was ok twice. Otherwise, I would say the main area carpets need to be deep cleaned. For such a nice and clean property otherwise, with great staff, service and amenities (I will surely be back and recommend to everyone) the hallway carpets look run-down and ratty.

- cleaning every day (but not for dust)
- not far away from the "A" metro line
- free parking near the hotel on the street (which is kinda critical for Rome when you come by car)
- hotel parking costs 20 euro per night and should be booked because of the small size
- breakfast costs 12 euro per person while you can eat for 6 euro for 2
- air conditioner is located on top of the left side of the bed and it blows on you when you sleep
- bad stock in the shower - it fills up really quickly and spoils to the bathroom, where you can slip and hurt yourself (you need put towels near the shower and they will be always wet)
- our room was on 4th floor and we saw small ants a couple of times in the room
- mini-fridge is really small and works badly (almost no cold inside)
- behind the window is a balcony but you can't use it unless you climb through the window to it (no door, just window)
- poor sound isolation, you will hear everything in the night - if someone throws up behind the wall, all check-ins and check-outs, all talks near the elevator, all children screams - you will not sleep here well (also a pillow is not comfortable)
- the area around the hotel is full of garbage which stinks (but this is more related to Roma in general rather than the hotel)
