The Spa was clean and luxurious. The castle is vast and filled with history while still comfortable. The staff was amazing, accommodating and gracious. The Spa was the highlight of the trip. So clean and the variety of things to do was amazing.

Great views from the castle
A little run down in places. Could do with a lick of paint especially in the rooms. The spa is too expensive for what you get, and the bar staff need a little training in customer service. We got a very negative response when we told them we wanted to sit on the terrace and they were then very inattentive.
