La cordialità del personale e la struttura immersa nella natura

Inget ställe man hittar om man inte vet var det finns men när man väl kommit dit vill man inte därifrån. Bra Italiensk frukost, stora rum med bra luftkonditionering. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal som gav bra tips på resturanger.
Hade de haft egen restaurang och pool hade vi aldrig åkt därifrån. Men det ser man ju i beskrivningen att de inte har så egentligen inte dåligt.

Schöne und ruhige Location, Zimmer top, Frühstück sehr gut, alles dabei! Auch ein Lift ist vorhanden. Empfang bei der Ankunft herzlich, man fühlt sich sofort wohl.
Vor allem Anna ist nicht nur sehr nett und zuvorkommend, sie spricht auch ausgesprochen gut deutsch.
Da gibt es nichts auszusetzen!

Villa Luisa Francesca ha un ottimo aspetto, una bella villa immersa nel verde con dettagli curati.
Offre degustazioni, che però non abbiamo potuto fare per via della tipologia di soggiorno (solo una notte, di passaggio).
È ovviamente una bellissima location per eventi, sicuramente un'ottima soluzione per matrimoni: ed infatti una cerimonia ha avuto luogo nel giorno del nostro pernottamento. Purtroppo la musica alta fino a mezzanotte/l'una inoltrata ha reso difficile il riposo.
È un peccato che, al momento della prenotazione (abbiamo anche parlato telefonicamente, prima di procedere con booking), lo staff non ci abbia avvisato. Con dei bambini piccoli avremmo scelto un'altra struttura.
Abbiamo provato a contattare la reception, ma nessuna risposta.
Spiace perché di per sé non avremmo null'altro da ridire, se non di prestare più attenzione alla pulizia delle camere: vista la location, non mi aspettavo polvere sui comodini.
