The location was excellent, and the building impressive. A great breakfast and a lovely big room and bathroom
Soundproofing with next door room was poor, we could hear the entire neighbours conversation, their tv and their hair dryer. The lady in reception was not at all helpful. We asked for a restaurant recommendation for an Italian and she said NO! all the restaurants were full and she couldn’t help us! There was no chance of finding food. However we found a little square with four good restaurants only 50 metres away and had no problem getting a reservation at a good pizza restaurant!

Comfortable bed and good location in the old town
It is very very noisy. You can hear your Neighbour shower, alarm, talking. The organization is quite bad and our key card didn’t work 4 times in 2 days. We were in a rush to open the door many times and had to walk all the way back to reception to ask for a new key card again.

The location is perfect. The double bed is huge and very comfortable. The inner courtyard is beautiful.
The rooms are dated and in need of a revamp. This hotel is more of a 3 star than the 4 star it is rated at. The shower is challenging to say the least, the shower is inside the bath and it works with taps which are difficult to graduate the water temperature. So if you enjoy a sensations shower you will have no problem!!
