We had a fab stay!
Entertainments team have really made our stay, so much fun.
Cues constantly at the AI burger van.
Housekeeping wasn’t great, reports issues to our room on the first day that still hasn’t been fixed on departure.

The pools and the beach
Spar shops onsite were convenuent
The size of the complex. Enormous. Have to use shuttle buses to get about but only held 8 people at a time. Lots of waiting around.
Staff were rude and unhelpful
Communal areas were dirty most of the time.
Reef complex was overcrowded
Snack bar staff were extremely rude
Main reception was tiny considering the 1000,s of people that were holidaying there.
Had to book restaurants but couldnt get in as always booked in advance for days.
No cleaning of the room during our 5 day stay. Supposed to be cleaned every 3 days ?
Reminded me of an English Pontins.
Will never go back.
