Staff in general is really friendly and helpful. Especially at breakfast -which was very nice- good variety and quality food. We had 2 people at our party that couldn't eat gluten and the staff (especially the manager) made a big effort to provide us with suitable options.
I think the hotel is overrated, it does feel like a 3-4 stars hotel instead of 5 stars. Definitely not worth the money they charge. Our bedroom was outdate, though there are others that have been renovated (same price if you stay in one or the other).
The 2 restaurants that were open didn't have a lot of options (very little gluten free plates) and staff at the restaurant weren't trained in food allergies. Also, even though it wasn't high season we had to wait a long time to be served and receive our order. They said everyone got to the restaurant at the same time and gave other excuses but I guess this is normal in every restaurant? It felt like they were under staffed.
The indoor pool was small and the water quite cold.
