Comfortable room in a most convenient location. Close to restaurants and shops, and easy distance to NEC. Staff very polite and helpful. Onside restaurant and bar.
Not that we didn't like it, but furniture ould do with a small update.

Food was good as always and the staff are very friendly
The property is looking tired. The springs on our bed mattress were worn out and uncomfortable, we had to add the spare duvet under our bed sheet for extra padding. We had to put it under our bed sheet as unfortunately it was stained.
We were also in rooms on the ground floor and kept up during the by the constant sounds of the floors above sighing and creaking - not quietly, loud enough to worry the ceiling may come down.
Lack of sockets next to the bed.
