My husband booked a room in the house for our stay, as I was going to see Take That in Coventry. Google maps takes you to the property using the postcode (our car's sat nav didn't). In the house, there are 10 rooms all with their own shower room. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean. The floor was very creaky and uneven and overall not horizontal, although it didn't really bother us. The shower doors were ok when they were shut, but one wasn't held in the lower track and needed attention. The shower itself was great and easily controllable.
There was a kettle, tea, coffee, milk sachets and sugar. They even had decaf. The same key worked the front door and our room. The front door lock was tricky and probably needs minor attention. The restaurant was great, and full of quirky decor. They were very busy and we did have to wait quite a while for our breakfast, but we were not in a rush. Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
I would definitely recommend Heart Hotel, and I wouldn't hesitate in returning!
The hotel has been on "the Hotel Inspector ", series 20, episode 8....to give you a chance to view it before you book

Me and my husband stayed in Jill hut for a night and it was so lovely. Yes small as expected but super clean! Staff were really friendly and accomodating in the restaurant whihc was really quirky and fun. Would love to come back again to have dinner and walk around the grounds!
