Kalt, laut, Bad renovierungsbedürftig

Zimmer und Zimmerboden eiskalt, auch das Wasser kalt, Wasserhahn am Waschbecken stark verkalkt (Rinnsal), Wasser lief kaum ab. Zimmer zur Straße laut, da Fenster undicht (wohl dem Alter geschuldet). Wände und Boden im Gang in rot sowie auch Zimmerwände in rot gestrichen, dazu rot-schwarze Bilder…

Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit einigen wenigen Abstrichen.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr ruhiges, großzügiges Zimmer, sehr gut erreichbare öffentliche Verkehrsmittel.

Reinigung findet nur oberflächlich statt, insgesamt macht das Hotel einen etwas lieblos gepflegten Eindruck (Einrichtung, Sauberkeit, Frühstück, Personal, defekte Glühlampen, sehr schmuddelige seifenhalterung in der Dusche, große Spinnweben etc.), was schade ist.

Tolle Lage, sauber

Gute Lage, gemütliches Zimmer, konnten in ein ruhigeres Zimmer nach hinten raus wechseln (vorne heraus war eine Baustelle und sehr laut)

Kühlschrank/Minibar auf dem Zimmer wäre toll gewesen

GOOD LOCATION AND BREAKFAST

I had a great start to my day with a good breakfast at the hotel. The location is also very convenient and central, making it easy to get around and explore the city. Overall, I am really impressed with the experience here.

I had a bit of a rough stay at my hotel. One of the biggest issues was the lack of AC in the rooms. I had to open the windows to try and cool off, but unfortunately, there was a lot of noise coming from the bars around the hotel. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Hopefully, they can address this issue in the future.

Charming and modest lovely hotel in the centre of Türkenstraße!

The room was spacious with a lot of natural light. Very good location, right in the centre of a vibrant area with lots of cafes, shops and restaurants and 5 mins away from a central tube station. The breakfast was correct. Good value for money.

The shower didn't have any curtain which meant everything nearby was soaked in water. The ceiling light was a bit low and it kept getting entangled with my hair. There could have been more English or other languages speaking channels too.

Comfortable and ideally located

Great location, eclectic rooms and comfortable beds. It’s a unique boutique hotel that has more character than most of the chain offerings.

Breakfast is fairly sparse. Staff are fine but not very present (only available in mornings, self check-in). The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved.

Never again!

Location was good

Room was horrible, super tiny and the bathroom was a mess! Disgusting and not clean at all. We ordered an allergy friendly room and blanket, but only one blanket was allergy friendly and the other wasn't - which is not helpful if you're allergic to goose feathers! Overall we would not recommend staying at this hotel.

Overall very happy with the hotel and happy to stay here again.

The location is great, close distance (900 meters) to English gardens for a nice run, and walking distance (10 minutes) to old Centre and all it has to offer. The hotel is surrounded by a variety of options for restaurants. Breakfast is fresh, with coffee and tea available all day. My room was comfortable and clean.

Tight squeeze into the parking, but manageable, and comfortable large parking spaces once inside.

A hotel that had a series of disappointments from the get go..

The location

No hot water (literally had to have a 1-2min 'warm' shower before it went stone cold). Shower drain stunk and made the bathroom smell like a urinal (we had to keep the bathroom door closed to keep the smell out) WiFi was sketchy and had limitations of use Balcony is shared and anyone can walk past your windows and see right into your hotel room

Great location close to the city centre. A bonus was car parking at a reasonable rate and a great breakfast.

This hotel was disappointing in honesty of the property advertising, customer service and comfort.

The breakfast buffet selection and preparation was good. There was plenty of space in the dining area to accommodate all guests.

This hotel advertised air conditioning, which it didn't offer for rooms booked through booking.com. No mention that the hotel was opposite a construction site with work starting at 6:30am. So open windows with jack hammers was not pleasant. My comfort room for two was more of an efficiency apartment with mismatched and uncomfortable furniture, an induction stovetop and refrigeration that I did not request, and no hair dryer and only one bar of soap at the sink. The television did not work. Reception refused to allow me to checkin upon arrival, even though I told them that would mean a late checkin due to business meetings. After the meetings, the front door was locked. We had to find someone to let us in - with no one at reception, our bags were locked inside. Reception was not open until 8am, which interfered with any questions or service required.
