Some of the staff were really helpful and provided a fan during the heat wave, extra towels, etc. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. Location was great.
The hotel doesn’t look at all like the pictures online. It’s shabby and run down. A clear reminder that you get what you pay for.

Room was clean and comfortable, there was an option to separate the king-sized bed into two, which was very convenient in our case. After moving out, we were allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel for a while, which was a nice addition to the experience.

very close location to the city center, easily reachable even by foot. Quite calm place, but close to the restaurant and places where you can enjoy the stay in Munich
the most horrible breakfast I had ever in my life. No fork available, lack of bread, fruits, just one person to serve all guest, lack of places to sit during the peak moment (about 15 min). View from window on the internal courtyard and roofs - not the nicest one.
