I had a really lovely stay and would definitely return.
The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. I had a great night’s sleep and everything in the room was exactly as I’d hoped.
The full English breakfast in the morning was excellent and a great start to the day.
What really stood out, though, were the staff. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, and nothing seemed too much trouble.
A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when I’m next in the area.

The environment and location suits my expectations.
All was okay except for the splitting bed.
The double bed is not suitable for couples as it splits severally to discomfort.

Comfortable bed, good tea/coffee-making in the room (Yorkshire tea; a winner!) clean and quiet. Good quality breakfast. The staff are wonderful. Really friendly, helpful & personable.

Car park, staff friendliness and location.
Musty smell in the room, we were given an easy access room although none of us had any mobility issues. The wet room had a very high toilet seat and uncomfortable sink height.
