The location is good, and mainly the staff is very good and the room comfortable
The evening meal was very poor indeed the duck to say it was overcooked. Is being generous I think it was cooked sometime ago and then reheated for our meal, as we did not like the tarragon jus we asked if this could be left off our meal which it was ,the waitress bought us some gravy just as we was popping the last mouthful in our mouth . The breakfast was fine.

Food was very good, and the staff were lovely, as they always are. The room was very comfy. I got ill at the start of the third of our four days' stay and we had to go home, which was disappointing, but your staff made things seamless, as always.
Could have had a bidet in the bathroom.
Food was lovely but the possibility of a smaller portion would have been welcome.
Hard to find anything we didn't like, to be honest.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Staff were very helpful and easy to talk to.
The room was smaller than we had hoped for and rather cramped..
Our room was not made up during the day and I was told that we had not asked for this to be done when we booked in on arrival. The question was not asked and we always like the room cleaned during our stay.
