Room was clean and comfortable

Breakfast service could be improved - taking of hot food orders was slow and delivery of order incomplete. Food offering was fine

Great location

If we had a king room then I wouldn’t want to have booked a standard double room it was cramped ….. plus very noisy , the sound of water running from the room next door was louder than water running in ours plus the walls are very thin woken at 12 by the neighbouring room returning then hearing every word of their conversation for the next half hour as well as the delight on hearing the intimate relations going on above us , and to top it all off we were charged £12 on checkout , don’t know what for as my partner checked out and he thought I’d know but no charges were made to the room 🤷‍♀️

Location and cleanliness great

Noisy plumbing kept us awake and too few staff - service slow both in the restaurant and on reception- kept waiting. Room was ok but not as expected from description - smaller and not anything special
