Was the cleanest place I have ever seen. I appreciated the attention to detail , very high level of finish with textiles and carpets

Was asked to pick a timeslot for breakfast as soon as we were shown to our room . Didn't like having to have breakfast at a set time . No armchairs to relax on , the room was large enough, didn't like having to sit on the bed . Was noise from others guest's television

The owners were really nice and looked after us well. Breakfast was perfect and the rooms themselves felt nice and spacious with the tall ceilings. Location was really good too, literally 5 minute drive into the centre of Lincoln. Parking was not a problem either with plenty of street parking available.

A little warm at night so we left the window open, but I'd much rather that than being too cold!
