Nice staff Common areas (swimming pool, garden etc)

Rooms are poorly equipped, not cozy at all, tiles on the floor and no slippers provided! Hairdryer was very old Did not like the breakfast: variety of food but of poor quality Situated far from Playa Blanca’s center

Hotel is on a nice location

Worst experience ever, the room was literally falling apart, found bug in my food, and the staff did nothing after that, they only offered one lunch to make up for their mistake, but the lunch was horrible cause they narrowed what I can take. Also they left a wine bottle in my room for an apology and the wine cost only 3 euro which doesnt make up for all mistakes they have done...it was actually embarrassing for me cause they found me a non important guest in their Hotel and my whole stay they left that impresion on me. Since I was a solo traveler it wasnt in their interest to make my stay as much as comfortable, they gave me room on very loud hallway were cleaning ladies would gater around and chat and pound very loudly early in the morning, at night it was also very loud. The hotel needs an renovation, I couldnt close the door properly a was affraid that someone would come in. Also there are a lot of coachroaches, beware you could bring one with you home. The food was average. No value for money, for the hotel with 4 stars this is really bad. I will never return.

Desde las recepcionistas, simpatía, amabilidad, profesionalidad, personal del restaurante, limpieza, todo de 10. Hotel de 4 estrellas, que equivale a uno de 5 , lo mires por donde lo mires ,buffet, detalles para cumples , una pasada, muy muy contentos, repetiríamos sin duda , seguid asi, bravo!!

No hubo nada que no nos gustara.

absolut schlecht war die interne Kommunikation der Reception, wir haben bei booking mit Datumsflexibilität gebucht, das konnte nicht eingehalten werden, bis zum letzten Aufenthaltstag waren die Mitarbeitenden der Reception nicht über unser Anliegen informiert, wir haben schlussendlich infolge Datumsänderung eine Nacht zuviel bezahlt und mussten für die erste zusätzlich gebuchte Nacht noch einen Aufpreis bezahlen, das Hotel verwies auf booking.com - booking.com verwies auf das Hotel!

Hôtel merveilleux avec 2 piscines et un très bon petit déjeuner !

Food was excellent, view and facilities were great. The staff were extremely helpful, they made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The kitchen staff did a great job, quality of food was good (especially the Friday evening special) and they were so professional very well organized and quick. Couldn't fault them.

The outdoor seating for the dining area was a bit small, most seating was inside without the lovely view, though we managed to sit outside mostly. You do need your own transport, though there is easy access to the coastal path.

Structurally and architecturally this is a great hotel. At whichever angle and whatever time of day if looks great even with its size. There is a certain tranquility and elegance that one can only admire despite the number of guests being present. The staff were very good and hard working, everywhere was so clean and the central tropical garden within the hotel, a masterpiece. I am not sure why the main entrance has to be quite so cavernous but it does seem to work. One thing that rarely gets a mention is that there are three really good restaurants within 100 metres of the hotel. The small A la Carte restaurant at the hotel was also excellent...if you could get a table.

The one area that was not a joy, was breakfast. I appreciate feeding 500+ people within 2 hours is never easy, but for many days it was just a huge scrum of people and one day it almost came to a stand still with people aimlessly wandering around lost with plates in their hands. There was a lot of choice but staples like the sausages and bacon were pretty poor quality. At least one of the four coffee machines was not working every day and on the penultimate day all four were out of action. No staff seemed to know what to do except open up the machine and press a button. Which never worked. Too often there were no cereal bowls which led to people having to hang around making it even more crowded. Apart from the great centre piece the two main wings of the restaurant were more like charmless canteens and so all this was so different to all that was good about the hotel. Only other gripe would be that there seemed to be too little information about the hotel and information signs. People often looked lost or did not know that some things existed.
