Quite simply a superb hotel staffed by some very lovely, very hard-working people.
We were blown-away with the design of the place from the moment we entered the huge foyer with its wonderful Arch of Dolphins’ sculpture, in fact the design of the whole complex was outstanding!
The lovely welcome at reception on our arrival was just a foretaste of how friendly and professional the staff were throughout our stay.
We had booked a room in the adults only section of the hotel and it was blessedly peaceful and quiet. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and the housekeeping was impeccable.
Most of the saltwater swimming pools were linked by a little river, which was another nice design touch, but there was a very clever bit of design that hid the fact that one pool is physically separate from the others and that one was heated to a lovely comfortable temperature.
There were plenty of sun loungers available around the pools, though that didn’t stop a few pig-ignorant people from needlessly laying claim to some of them with their towels before breakfast time.
The food in the main buffet restaurant was excellent and there was always plenty of variety.
The spa was utterly superb, though our booking only permitted one two-hour visit, and additional visits would have proven quite expensive.
The facility in each of the bars and cafés on site to refill the H10 green water bottles for free was another nice touch and removed the need for lots of single-use plastic bottles. Hopefully more hotel companies will follow suit.
We had a rental car and there was always disabled parking spots available outside the main entrance.

If the pool in the Adults Only area had been heated, it would have been absolutely perfect. We only used it once, and didn’t see anybody else in it all week, because it was colder than a politician’s heart, as were most of the pools on site in early May. Perhaps they become more bearable in the high season?
Sadly, the relaxation offered by the one heated pool on site was too often marred by a couple of semi feral scouse children, one of whom purposefully punctured any inflatables it could find, while their ubiquitously inebriated parents made no attempt to control them at all.

The view toward the sea over to Fuerteventura was stunning. We stayed adult only all inclusive and would do so again; the area is quiet and relaxed. The food was excellent throughout our stay.
It took a little time to understand what was included in the adult only all inclusive package, where we needed to go for dinner and if we needed to book. It could be resolved within the arrival instructions.

No staff to take cases to your room …Rooms very tired 2/3*( flaking paint , tiny balcony , stains on lampshade/walls…dust on curtains/mucky marks , swimming pool area tiles lifting , broken glass on the floor … cleanliness, queuing to get in for breakfast , overcrowded breakfast and dinner , food in general / cereal/jam/soup . Very limited options to feed children. White wine was terrible , only one larger . The time it takes to receive a drink on an evening is ridiculous! The size of the hotel and the traffic/ turnaround must be hard on all the staff and as a holiday maker you see and feel it . The hotel need some pride before profit .
