The staff are the standout positive of this resort, in every way they were exceptional. Everyone at reception was incredibly friendly and helpful and the staff at the Baily Bar were superb. So much so that we all hugged and took photos together on the final day - my kids all agreed they were the best waiters they'd ever had in their lives. Can't ask for more than that. Thank you!
Only small I can think of is a slight under supply of sun loungers around the pool

We have just returned from 10 days at Jardines del Sol. This is a fantastic resort with fantastic staff who are always willing to help when needed. The complex and apartments are spotlessly clean. Apartments are very well equipped for your stay. We had 6 sharing a 2 bed apartments and were very comfortable.
It's hard to say anything negative about here - we found the pillows quite soft buy that's probably personal preference. Walls are quite thin between apartments but overall the complex is quiet at nighttime. It's a little outside the main shopping/restaurant area but you can get a taxi outside the main gates. They are hit and miss at times so you do need to be patient during busy hours.

Kept gardens and pool area. Nice cafe area.
They allocated us a room right by the parking area and main entrance when there were many quieter rooms available, despite me asking in advance for a quiet room.
