The improvements that have been made. The difference in the food quality and selection, and now coca-cola and not Pepsi. Definitely a move in the right direction! The plastic cups were any easy system and the pool side was much cleaner and tidier as a result.
The rooms were still tired. The maintenance man did help with the noisy air con, and it was all perfectly clean.

The rooms and pool were kept clean and well maintained throughout our stay.
The food was ok, but the menu was very similar each day. A greater variety of options would have been nice

Pool was very good. Pool area needs to be cleaned daily though.
Food was good. Good choice. Typical all inclusive food. Most staff were very good and really helpful
Entertainment team were outstanding. Excellent to include everyone. Great fun. Created great fun around pool area
Pool bar and lobby bar could do with a second person serving
Cock roaches in our room. Grand total of 8 in 11 days had to ask for room to be fumigated twice. Not acceptable. We didn't leave door or windows open and any night we sat out on porch area they would run in. Think it was due to our rooms location within the complex. But think it could be managed better. Aware that they are part of life i Lanzarote but not in my room thanks!!!!

There were enough stretchers at the pool to accommodate the guests that were there.
Food was so-so, targeted at the British guests, the 1 time a la carte restaurant food was bad, just skip it, the regular buffet is better. Cleaning of the rooms was poor, sometimes they cleaned the floors, sometimes they replaced towels, sometimes they changed out the glasses in the room, but none of the times they did all. Once they just left the trash bag and dirty towels next to the terrace, and even after calling the front desk and with cleaners passing by more than once, they were not picked up.
