The location was beautiful, surrounded by nature, also strategic to reach the Cinque Terre. The pool was an extra that we liked a lot. They offered free parking and free charging for the car. The staff was kind and helpful.
No A/C in the room, they accept dogs and we were woken up by a dog barking insistently at 6AM. The breakfast was a little too simple and had no hot food options on Sunday like eggs for example.

Lovely hotel nested in the mountain with a beautiful view of the valley. Half an hour drive to La Spezia where you can catch the train to Cinque Terre. Unfortunately we were offered a room at the back on the ground floor with no view whatsoever. The room was actually slightly below ground. It felt a little bit like a room in a basement. Pretty dark. There was some water infiltration and the room was quite humid. We visited end of September. The central heating was not switched on yet. Once the heating working the room should be more comfortable, but for sure an above ground room would have made our stay a lot more pleasant. Besides that small disappointment, we enjoyed everything else. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Buffet breakfast was included and delicious. The staff was incredibly friendly, particularly at the reception. Thank you!

Personel extremly friendly and helpful, food above expectations, location special, but nature super beautiful. Service was perfect, breakfast perfect on the terase, check-in and out smooth. For days to be a bit away from the crowds is just perfect.
Rooms a bit cold, one room had extreme smell of clor after cleaning, so we had to open all windows wide but still sleeping was not so comfortable because of the clor smell. Otherwise everything perfect.

The location was amazing and it had lovely gardens and a pool
I got an email the day before advertising a dinner special which I booked but when we arrived at the hotel we were told the restaurant wasn't open so we had to drive about 8kms to a restaurant also we had no wifi in the bedroom when I told them about it they said they would look into it but never did I needed to go to reception to check my emails etc
