Great location, clean modern rooms. Staff are very friendly. Nice little pool. Accommodated a room change for me and we're very flexible.
It's very noisy. Fine if you're an early starter of a morning, but not if you like a lie in on holiday. The cleaners talk at high volume outside your bedroom from quite early on. Doors bang. People are noisy on the corridors as they come and go to their bedrooms.

Pool area very small. Only serve breakfast and snacks at a certain time. Be nice to access coffee etc at all times

The location of this hotel at the end of Pine Walk is excellent - it’s quiet but within easy reach of the centre of Port de Pollenca & its restaurants. The hotel is modern, rooms are of a high standard & cleanliness is very good. There is plenty of cupboard space (unlike some hotels) & breakfast is of a high standard. Good snack lunches are available & there is also a bar. Staff are very pleasant & helpful & always on hand to advise. The manager was wonderful. There is also a well maintained small pool. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant in the evening but there is a good restaurant literally opposite. The hotel is adults only so it’s reasonably quiet even in peak holiday time. This is the second time we have stayed here.
There were just a few little things that could be improved. The toiletries were a bare minimum - some dedicated shampoo & possibly conditioner (instead of just body wash) would have been welcome & something like a shower cap. Also a complimentary bottle of water on arrival would have been nice especially when arriving late or in the middle of the day. These touches wouldn’t cost much but would make a difference to each stay.
