Quiet area, spacious room! They even have space for an additional bedside sofa and reading table. Lobby is spacious and very nice as a waiting area, big, calming, nice sofas. Location is near to metro station. Near to the park, as it is spelled out in the name.
No provision/kombinis nearby. 2 stations away from Susukino, which is the busy , shopping area. Like i said, it is a quiet neighborhood, no everyone will like it. TV system is a bit aged, no access to the standard netflix, youtube, Amz Prime etc.

The location was amazing, very close to the park, we enjoyed spending time there with my children. The pillows and beds were super comfortable. The reception staff were very polite and helpful with the luggage. However I was surprised that even though our room was ready before check in, we were not invited to go in. In any other hotel around the world if the room is ready there is no problem to move in and usually you are invited to check in early, especially if they see that you have young children. I guess it is a Japanese way of being strict with rules.
It was clean but not to an amazing standard.

Excellent location, and a good size room for a couple or a solo traveler.
It took the water a solid 6+ mins. to heat up. And besides, the toilet room itself was T I N Y.
