Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer vor Ort. Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert und es ist alles top in modernem Stil eingerichtet. Super Balkontür, Fliegengitter, dicker Vorhang, Klimaanlage ist leise und bläst nicht herunter. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und sicher da es neue Badezimmer gibt und tolle dicke Zimmertüren. Die Lage ist gut da es um die Ecke unzählige Shops und Restaurants gibt. Zum Fährhafen sind es mit dem Auto 5 bis 10 Min. Öffentliche Parkplätze gibt es ohne Gebühr direkt vorm Hoteleingang.
Die Bars gegenüber sind mitunter etwas laut. Die Zimmertüren sind etwas hellhörig und man hört wenn der Nachbar seine Türe auf/zusperrt und am Gang redet.
