The size and the location in the town
Perhaps the lack of an elevator which might have some bearing

Perfect location, beautiful rooms and incredibly friendly staff. We adored our stay here for our honeymoon, can’t recommend enough. Will be back again!
Nothing, everything was perfect!

The staff were wonderful - we arrived late at night and organised at their own suggestion some dinner for us and breakfast when we were to leave early in the morning. They also helped organise our transfers and a day out on a boat.
Rooms are quite basic but lovely. Dinner at the hotel and associated hotel was very expensive. We were very unexpectedly charged 102 euros for a small fish. Partly our fault as we did not check what the market price was. Felt we should have been given the heads up given it was so expensive.
