Federica was very friendly and caring. We booked last minute and yet she prepared our room very quickly and upgraded us to a bigger room. The small fridge had water and drinks and some snack. Which really helped in midnight as everything in Rome closes early.

We stayed for our last night.
Less than 2 min away from the main train station Roma Termini. Beautiful central location.
The concierge gave us cold water bottles upon arrival. The minibar was stocked with FREE (!) water, cola, fanta and a small sweet breakfast. They even had a tea pot and a coffee machine.
While we didn´t try any of it, the service was way, way better than expected.
10/10 value for money

Good location, next to Termini. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Tea, coffee and snacks were available for breakfast in the room.
The most unpleasant thing was that check-in starts after 4:30 PM. Of course, it was our mistake not to check this before booking, but we were very tired and wanted to check in at 2:00 PM, as is the case in most hotels.
There was black mold on the wall of the shower stall. It was disgusting.
There was no toothbrush holder in the bathroom; that was inconvenient.
The windows face the road, so it was a bit noisy at night.
