Cannot rate Flor highly enough. The staff were friendly and courteous. Big shout out to Sam and Theo on reception. Great guys. And the lovely Aura at the Apartment bar. The house keeping staff were also very approachable and nothing seemed too much. Great location and fantastic value.
Kettle in room but not tea or coffee so need to make that clear on information
Had to keep logging into WiFi
Electrical sockets. People shove in wrong adapters that bend the pins. These need checking as part of house cleaning on check out. Simple to rectify but took us a couple of days before we asked why sockets didn’t work and maintenance quickly came to resolve matter.

Great location of hotel, everything is on your doorstep, few steps away from the main street and just few steps from the beach. Staff is great, super nice, very helpful and speaks a lot of languages. Hotel is very nice, very clean and well kept. Both pools are very nice with plenty of space, never had an issue finding a place. Breakfasts are great with huge variety of food an you will have not problems with finding something that you like. Quality of food is great as well.
If I have to pick something, if you happen to have a noisy neighbor, you will hear them thru the walls as they are no that thick, but you would have to be unlucky.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was lovely and we really enjoyed spending time there. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The reception team was always kind and attentive. The breakfasts were delicious with a great selection of food. The location is perfect – just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. We would happily stay here again.

The hotel has a great location — just steps away from the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful, which we really appreciated.
Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by a serious issue: the bedding in our room had bed bugs. All three of us were bitten multiple times. The bites were extremely itchy and took over a week to heal. We are still left with visible scars, which have disrupted both our work and daily life.
We hope the hotel takes this matter seriously and addresses it promptly, as this was otherwise a promising place to stay.
