Very clean ground floor room, private free parking, very good location near sea, free sunbeds and umbrella on a private beach, very good breakfast.
It wood be better to keep more clean outside buildings and manage the acces on the property for wild horses. The price was a little big in my opinion, but not exaggerated.

It's one of the most beautiful spot in Gokceada. Next to the offshore kite spot, right on a beautiful beach.

Gokceada is à beautiful Island.
Hotel is close to the sea.
Staff is unfriendly.
In rooms, there is no chair and table. If you want to play with kids a board game, there is no common space.
There is a lot of algae on the beach.
Breakfast is not so good.
