Staff where friendly, clean
I think the rooms could do with an upgrade. The buffet food wasn’t the best, which when you do volume cooking can happen. The bathrooms near the restaurants where awful they need more regular cleaning

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Very close to the beach
Little to no vegan options for desert. The food in the speciality restaurants was average at best.
All inclusive bar closed very early.

The room with balcony was great, and the beach was very nice! Staff were lovely
Food was not good, although breakfast was included it was not what you would expect from a five star hotel and we had some food in one of the a la carte restaurants and it wasn’t anything special. We had a treatment done in the spa and the staff were very nice but again it wasn’t great for the cost and the room was cold.
