Große und saubere Zimmer.
Perfekte Lage für den Besuch des Nationalparks. 2min Fußweg zum Eingang des Nationalparks. Restaurant, Supermarkt etc. war alles fußläufig erreichbar.
Essen im angrenzenden Restaurant war sehr gut. Zum Frühstück kann man sich mehrere Sachen a la Cart bestellen.
Schönes Ambiete im Rande Rande des Dschungels, trotzdem zentral gelegen. Touren können vor Ort gebucht werden.
Gut funktionierende Klima und Ventilator vorhanden.
Große und bequeme Betten.
Täglicher Besuch von Affen - meist gegen 18.00 Uhr.
Dusche hat nicht richtig funktioniert.
WLAN hat trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage kaum oder gar nicht funktioniert.
Das Personal war größtenteils sehr kühl (Besitzer hingegen waren sehr nett).
Terrasse war vorhanden, leider kein Tisch oder Stühle nur eine unbequeme Sitzbank. Hier wäre mehr möglich, da der Platz vorhanden wäre.

Ich hatte einen sehr schönen, großen Bungalow. Einfach eingerichtet, aber sauber und groß. Es gab hinten auch eine große Terrasse, die ich leider aufgrund der vielen Affen nicht nutzen hab können. Diese kommen immer in der Früh, zwischen 06:30-07:00 Uhr und am Abend zwischen 18:00-19:00 Uhr. Es ist sehr nett, sie zu beobachten, man sollte aber sehr vorsichtig sein und sie ja nicht füttern, geschweige streicheln o.ä. UND ganz wichtig: NICHTS draußen liegen lassen, sonst ist es futsch!
In der Früh war es schon ein wenig lästig, wenn die Affen auf dem blechernen Dach herumhüfpten. Aber ja, man kann es 2-3 Nächte aushalten. ;)
Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Er hat sich sehr bemüht, als das W-LAN nicht funktionierte. Seine Frau war zwar auch bemüht, die Tour und Taxi für die Weiterfahrt für mich zu organisieren, aber war eher distanziert und sehr sachlich. Es hat alles gut geklappt.
Ich kann das Hotel sehr herzlich empfehlen.
Bucht unbedingt eine Tour auf dem See und für den Nationalpark braucht ihr auch einen ganzen Tag. Wunderwunderschön!

The receptionist was extremely supportive. We had a challenge with the taxi (nothing to do with the resort) and she helped deal with the taxi operator. Moreover, she helped find the tickets for the speed-boat. Excellent service.

The room was very nice and spacious. Possibly one of the best beds we have slept in, very very comfy. We also had lots of monkeys walking past the room which we enjoyed!

Breakfast included - was very good. We are so pleased we stayed here as there is so much to do. Hotel organised a guide (Jane) and did a very full one day hike - you would never find the trail alone. It allowed us to see there are possibilities to do challenging hikes, way tougher than the "family" hikes offered in the tour shops. I also realise I would be bored after 1 night at a floating lake cabin. The location of this hotel is a few minutes walk to the main gate of the reserve, we spent 4 full days there and could have done more - do get a guide as people try alone and give up because the tougher trails are not marked. With the same guide on another trip we chopped bamboo and made pots and cooked a Thai curry in the jungle - great experience for all levels. If we had time we would have spent 1 night (no longer) in a floating hotel and then come back to Khao Sok Green Valley Resort for more hiking and canoeing on the river near by.
There was nothing I did not like. I would stay at this hotel every time. The owner is amazing and very helpful.

Staff was very friendly to help out with anything we needed including getting places after dark,just need to ask them.
Bathrooms could use extractor because after shower it's very humid,a small window is only way to ventilate the room.
Pillows where very big and hard to sleep on.
Impossible to dry any clothes or shoes, need to ask the staff to wash and dry them for you.

staff could not have been more helpful organising lake trips and kayaking.
On site restaurant was excellent.
Don’t worry about the clattering on the roof in the morning, it’s just the monkeys playing!

-We asked them if they could arrange a transfer to Ao Nang in 2 days. They assured us they would take care of it and arrange it for us. When we got back from our lake tour we asked again and if we could already pay it, they told us it wasn’t necessary and we could pay at check-out the next day. The minivan would pick us up at 10 o’clock in the morning. The next morning they asked if we wanted to take the minivan at 10 o’clock - I was kind of surprised that they asked it again since we already talked about it and they told us they would pick us up at 10 o’clock. They made some calls but the minivan from 10 o’clock was full, they could offer us a seat at the minivan at 9.30 but this bus would take a long route (4.30h - 5h instead of 2.30 h). Eventually we decided to take a taxi at 10 o’clock (2000 bath more) and they would book it for us… we checked-out at 9.45 and waited until 11.15 o’clock for the taxi (they booked) to arrive. We could have been 1 hour early and way cheaper gotten to our destination if I had booked our transfer myself, which I was planning to do until they told us they could take care of it. Kind of disappointed and a little sad that we left like this because it took away the good things they did for us is in some sort of way.
- It is better to arrange your own transportation - when you do that, you will have a nice stay.

As soon as we got off the minivan, Kraisak and his staff took great care of us. They upgraded our room without charging extra because a window couldn’t close, and they were extremely helpful in booking tours to Khao Sok and the elephant sanctuary.

HOSPITALITY! The family there is amazing, a month and a half ago me and my girlfriend stayed here. i asked if they knew a storage place for us to leave our suitcases because we decided to start backpacking. She told us that we could leave our 3 large suitcases there for as long as we needed. then when we were leaving, her husband woke up and said “I would like to drive you to your bus” and drove us to the bus stop. The rooms are spacious and clean, I definitely recommend this place :)

The boss was super friendly and really made our stay special. Took us to his farm, gave us free drinks and was so accommodating and welcoming. He arranged our minibus out of Khao Sok which was so much cheaper than any quotes we found online. Also really liked the restaurant, a lot of the food comes from his farm. The resort is in an excellent location off the main street of the village within very close walking distance of the park. The boss arranged tours for us to do there. Also had such a cute puppy!!
Bed was a bit hard, bathroom very basic.

Gave us the wrong times for bus/ferry's which then screwed us over and meant we had to travel on Christmas Eve instead of relaxing as we had planned

Staff was very friendly but couldn’t speak English very well. Also they gave wrong information with the tours. Was difficult to communicate with them. But at least, they tried to help you.
The location is great, nearby the entrance of the national park.
They give you wrong information. The breakfast was the most horrible breakfast I ever ate. And they charge you 180 bath for some horrible eggs.
The rooms had there best time, but for the money you pay, it’s correct. But there are better accommodations in the neigherhood
