The resort is tucked in behind the road through Khao Sok, so very quiet. We saw lots of monkeys jumping from roof to roof and you really felt in the jungle. Yet they were within short walking distance of local restaurants and bars, so very well located.
The cabins are rustic and this adds to the charm.
On our visit we were upgraded, as the room we booked would potentially get some noise from renovation. We later had a slight issue with the room, and the staff were incredibly helpful and moved us to a new one without any fuss. All staff members we spoke to were very friendly and helpful throughout.
The rustic design means that even when the doors are shut there are still small gaps to the outside, and the nightlife can be quite loud sometimes. This didn't bother us personally but just worth bearing in mind.

Highlight: The Staffs. Everyone is friendly, stepping out of their way to assist as best as possible, answering all the enquireis without forcing to book through them.
Room: I love the Treehouse. It exactly gives the feeling of being in the jungle.
Ambiance: Quiet, closed to main street but still gives the feeling of being in the jungle.
The room type i have booked is a small one, it's only good for one person, if for 2 persons, better book the bigger room.

The managers were incredibly helpful, kind and welcoming throughout my stay. The whole resort has a very peaceful and tranquil feeling, and it’s wonderful to be truly immersed in the jungle, yet so close to the village. It was in the perfect location - close to the main part of the village, but far enough away from the main backpacker bars on the Main Street to still be quiet.
I had the pleasure of trying out two different room types because there was some temporarily construction going on next to the room I was supposed to be in, so I was upgraded for my first night to one of the new rooms and it was very spacious with a very comfortable king sized bed (I think it was king - it felt huge)!
The second room I was in was a little small and outdated, but I assume they are updating them one by one from what I could tell. Everything else was fantastic!

The staff were very helpful, breakfast was great and the room was a good size. Seeing the monkeys was nice, until they got aggressive and no one helped.
The location isn’t in the jungle - it’s off the main road which is good for access but we expected to be in the jungle. The shower was only cold and the monkeys as mentioned above were aggressive/stole.
