The location and the view were amazing! Bed was comfy, the aircon was cold, and the service was friendly.
Parking was a bit tricky. No breakfast was provided when it's advertised as included, and no fly screens, so there were quite a few bugs in the room.

The location is sublime - for the price - unbelievable - we called the host upon arrival and he was there within 5 minutes - incredible value for money- clean with aircon

Pensiunea (nu hotel) este situata pe una dintre cele mai frumoase și pitorești străzi din orașul Veliko Târnovo, care merită vazuta , strada istorică „General Gurko”, situată în cartierul Varusha și care este una dintre străzile centrale ale orașului vechi. Camere mari, paturi comode, privelistea din balcon superba spre Monumentul Asăneștilor (Asenevtsi) de pe raul Yantra. Personalul nu ne-a deranjat deloc, ne-am intalnit cu proprietarul doar cand ne-a dat cheile. Am avut Wi-Fi . Locatia este linistita . Desi am avut cateva neplaceri merita rezervata, dar trebuie trimis mesaj inainte (nu telefon, proprietarul nu vorbeste decat lb. bulgara) si intrebat despre ce ofera sigur la pretul afisat.
Desi rezervarea a fost cu mic dejun acesta nu ne-a fost oferit. A trebuit sa ne certam cu proprietarul din aceasta cauza sa ne scada din pret costul micului dejun si abia ne-a scazut 2,5 euro/zi de persoana (binenteles ca pentru aceasta suma nu vei putea nicaieri sa iei micul dejun). Desi este trecut ca hotel de fapt este o pensiune foarte bine localizata dar cred ca neterminata renovarea la ea deoarece lipseau lampile (erau becuri), glafurile la geam, caloriferele nu erau montate (noroc ca am fost vara), la baie nu exista un perete despartitor intre dus si toaleta/chiuveta astfel ca de cate ori faceam dus toata baia era plina de apa. La baie nu ne-a oferit decat sapun si hartie igienica, desi in oferta este inclus feon si articole de toaleta. Oferta spune si despre programe tv prin satelit dar nu au fost decat 4-5 programe in limba bulgara.

Great view.
Breakfast advertised not available. Difficult to find with another hotel bearing same name that taxi driver mixed up. Bathroom sink waste leaked badly on use making floor dangerously slippery.
