In the center, clean and pretty.
The shower door was broken so water sprayed everywhere on the floor, the staff didnt speak english but we communicated.

Hotel is on a great position, near the Castle Tsarevetz.
Room must be payed in advanced, before you see the room. I have payed room with ac, but ac didnt work.. Staff told me thah can happen sometimes and there is nothing they can do about it except i can get refund and go search another hotel.. It was 21 o clock in the evening..i got the feeling that the staff is very unfriendly, and dont care about guests at all..
