All nice .
Location without dedicated parking. Near is a small public parking where guest are sent . Fortunately i found an empty space ... Guest support with all data to find a solution.

Communication with the owner was immediate and useful. He really helped us out when we were trying to arrange a trip to Hotnitsa waterfall (despite what travel blogs say, you cannot take a bus from Veliko Turnovo to Hotnitsa village, you need to take a taxi, 15 euro each way, it's worth the trip). The room felt luxurious; the most comfortable mattress and pillows and we had the room with a view to the valley (no balcony), which was worth the extra pennies.
