Very comfortable, shower was literally a sandblaster after we were done surfing. The breakfast was top notch.

Great location in centre of Huacachina overlooking the oasis. Lovely historic building with lots of charm, and nice pool too.
The room was very tired and in need of a refresh. It was spacious but had eg almost no electric sockets and the windows provided no sound-proofing from the noise of the night club a cooler of streets away.

Beautiful hacienda like building with nice inside courtyard. Perfectly located at the entrance of the town and in front of the lake. Easy walk around the entire area and for the dune buggy tours (which everyone does)
Nice big room with big bathroom. We would have preferred a double bed and a single but got 3 twin beds, seem the prior was harder to book.
The breakfast was nice and well staffed. Check in Reception staff person was slow but nice.
They had a pool but it was badly indicated and across the street in a completely different building and you had to be let in by security.
Asked for a quiet room and our was on the front entrance street so quiet a lot of passersby, some even sitting on our windowsill and car noises.

The hotel has tons of charm, breakfast was good.
That I had to fill in a4 information sheet
(they could fill most of it for you...)..
That I got an wristband???? What for?? It's not an all inclusive resort...
That I had to turn in the key every time I left the hotel....just ask for a lost key fee...I'm not 9 years old..
The rooms are big, but I agree with most reviews that urgent revamp is needed..this epic historic hotel could be an easy 5 star hotel,
put some nice carpets on the floor and or the wall of the rooms, change the doors and the windows to make it sound proof, fix the horrific lighting in the room and place in a bed board with USB sockets, put on a nice coloured bed roll and your half way there..
