This hotel is beautifully located directly across from the entrance to the desert, with views of people climbing the dunes and sandboarding back down, which is very cool to watch. The pool is refreshing without being uncomfortably cold.
Because it was the off-season, they very kindly upgraded my room at no extra charge when I checked in, which was especially appreciated after a long day of travel. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, even allowing me to use the kitchen to prepare meals for my service dog.
There was very little to complain about overall, aside from one male receptionist who consistently seemed to be having a bad day whenever I interacted with him, which stood out against the otherwise warm and friendly service.

The property is extremely nice and beautiful.
It has a pool which you can use from 9am to 9pm.
The staff is also very helpful and kind.
Be aware that they have drinks and snacks displayed in the room but you need to pay for them.
There was no sign in my room , so i assumed they were complimentary. They asked me to pay for it but later on decided otherwise.

Perfect, quiet stay in Huacachina. The triple room was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, and the pool area was beautiful and relaxing! The front desk staff were super nice and so helpful!

Location, great shower pressure and very hot water. Decent breakfast.
Loud music after I checked in. Drilling noise in the morning before check out. Old towel. Broken toilet seat. Hairs on the bed.
