The staff were so friendly and helpful - particularly the manager… she went above and beyond! The restaurant and lounge area were so relaxing! Great calm vibe.

Huacachina mall town so location was convenient regardless, but awesome to see the sand dune right outside our hotel
Some parts of the bathroom looked like it had been haphazardly constructed…but didn’t really bother us and it was clean

We can’t thank the reception staff enough. We arrived early morning from Arequipa but were exhausted. Unfortunately my partner had got food poisoning and had been sick all through the night. The lady behind the front desk checked us in early and we were so grateful.
If you don’t like loud, and I mean really loud, music don’t stay here. From midday until 4pm they had a pool DJ. It was so loud it penetrated everywhere and made any form of relaxation impossible. In the end, despite feeling exhausted, we had to go out for a walk to relax. After the pool DJ along came the pool salsa band….they played until 10pm. Again, it was so loud and there was no escaping the noise. What is really unfair is that there is no mention of this on booking.com. So do yourself a favour, if this is not your scene and you want to relax, just avoid! Furthermore, why is that some hotels feel completely justified to convert the dollar booking rate into soles at an inflated rate. This hotel was the most expensive in our one month Peru trip, but they added another $11.00 by converting into soles at an inflated exchange rate. Not withstanding the early check in, which we did appreciate, this practice along with the insufferable music which is not advertised, left a very sour taste. You’ve been warned!
