I booked it specifically for the location. It's perfect - close to lots of main sights, good restaurants but off the main road so quiet.
Nice big room, good small kitchen. Good sixed bathroom with attached "dressing room" area with loads of storage space.
Staff very friendly and welcoming.
The only downside is that there's no confirmation available via booking.com, so you're not sure until you get there whether they are expecting you.

Location was great and staff was really friendly. Entrance and building are secluded and set back from the street - there's a lot to do and the area is great but the room and building are quiet. Very clean and I felt comfortable and safe traveling alone.
Shower was a little weird and it was impossible to avoid spraying water everywhere. Pay only in cash. No one spoke English so we did a lot of Google Translate but it worked out.
