Staff was very kind and helpful - nice view - clean rooms
Saranda is a very touristic area and parking is very difficult. The hotel's parking spots were very limited - two of the days of our stay we did not manage to park in the hotels parking and had to find parking spaces in Saranda.
Moreover, the breakfast was not very good for a 4* resort (e.g the orange juice was not fresh)

Very pleasant people working at the hotel, always ready to help you. Shoutout to Obi, he is the best!
Nice breakfast, kids loved the wide assortment of food. The private beach was always clean and never crowded.
One of the bathrooms consistently smelled of sewer, and the toilet was broken, with water constantly leaking onto the floor tiles. There aren’t enough parking spaces to accommodate everyone who needs one. Additionally, the loud music playing until late hours (sometimes past 2 AM) made it almost impossible to sleep.
